Refund equals paid minus deduction — frozen by the database, so nobody can quietly edit it later. Over-deduction is refused, settlement pays out exactly once, the memo prints as a PDF, and the cancelled file stays fully readable.

Flight groups with room lists, mahram linked to female pilgrims' files and enforced. One Bangla SMS reaches the whole group — “flight at 6, be at the airport by 3” — with every recipient’s send logged.
