Draft — not yet in force
This policy has not been reviewed by legal counsel.
We wrote this draft ourselves so the structure is ready for a lawyer to work on. It is not legal advice, it is not binding on you or on us, and the wording will change once a Bangladeshi lawyer has reviewed it. Until then, if you need to know exactly where you stand, ask us and we will tell you straight.
Effective date: to be set when this policy is approved. This draft is not in force.
These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We have tried to write them the way we talk — plainly, with nothing important buried in the middle of a long sentence.
CoreBari is a Bangladesh-based hosting and business software company. We sell web hosting, VPS servers, domain names, business email, and business apps that run alongside them.
Our full legal name, company registration details and registered address will be added here before this policy takes effect.
These terms apply to everything you buy from us: shared hosting, VPS plans, domain registrations and transfers, email plans, and the business apps — invoicing, inventory, point of sale, and anything we add later.
Some services carry their own rules on top. A domain follows the rules of the registry that runs its extension, and a refund follows our refund policy. Where a specific policy says something more precise than these terms, the specific policy wins.
You need an account to buy anything from us. Keep the details on it accurate — we use your email address and phone number to reach you about renewals, outages and anything urgent, and an old phone number is how people lose a domain.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract in Bangladesh to hold an account.
Do not use our servers to break the law, to attack other systems, to send bulk unsolicited email, to host malware or phishing pages, or to store material you have no right to distribute.
Shared hosting is shared. If one site uses so much processor time, memory or bandwidth that the other customers on that server suffer, we will ask you to move to a VPS — and we will help you move.
We do not read your files or your mail. We look inside an account only when we need to: a support request from you, an abuse report, a security incident, or a lawful order we are required to follow.
Prices on this site are in Bangladeshi Taka. Hosting, VPS, email and app plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose at checkout — monthly or yearly. Domains are billed for the full registration term at the time of registration.
Renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date, because a hosting plan that quietly lapses takes a live website down with it. You can turn off a renewal at any time from your dashboard or by messaging us.
If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. An invoice that stays unpaid can lead to suspension — the next section covers how much warning you get first.
Any taxes or gateway charges that apply are shown before you pay, not added afterwards.
We can suspend or close an account for unpaid invoices, for a serious breach of the acceptable use rules, or where the law requires it. Except in an emergency — an active attack or an ongoing phishing page, say — we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. The notice period is [to be confirmed with counsel].
You can close your account whenever you like. Any refund due follows our refund policy.
After an account closes we hold the data for a short grace period, so an accidental cancellation can be undone, and then delete it. Take your own backup before you go: once it is deleted we cannot bring it back.
We commit to 99.9% uptime on our hosting and VPS platform. That is the same figure we quote everywhere else on this site, because it is the one we are willing to stand behind.
It excludes planned maintenance, which we announce in advance, and failures outside our control — an upstream network problem, a data centre incident, or something broken inside your own application or code.
We back up shared hosting accounts on the schedule your plan lists, and we will restore one for you if we can. Treat backups as a safety net rather than a guarantee, and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
We will do our job properly, and when we get something wrong we will fix it. What we cannot do is carry unlimited financial risk on a low-cost service.
So, as far as the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business losses that follow from an outage, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for the affected service over the [to be confirmed] months before the problem.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We will update these terms as the business changes. When a change materially affects you — pricing structure, cancellation rights, how we handle your data — we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page.
The date at the top of this page always tells you which version is currently in force.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
Before anyone goes near a court, message us. Nearly everything turns out to be a misunderstanding, and a conversation fixes those faster than a lawyer does.
For anything about these terms, use the support channels on our support page — email or WhatsApp, in Bangla or English, whichever is easier for you.
A postal address for formal legal notices will be added here before this policy takes effect.
