App activation

The business apps are CoreBari software. They run on our servers and open from your dashboard — same login as billing. Nothing to install on a computer, and nothing to install on your website. You do not need a website hosting plan to turn one on.

Turning an app on

Open your dashboard and go to your services. Apps that come with your hosting plan are marked as included; the others show their monthly price. Choose the one you want and activate it — it appears in your app list within a few seconds and is ready to use.

What the trial covers

Every app is free for your first 14 days from the day you activate it — with a website plan or on its own. It is the complete app, not a limited version with the useful parts removed. Slots included with Villa, Estate or Manor stay free for as long as that hosting plan is active; Pro apps are never a free slot.

When the trial ends

We email you before it does. Keep the app and it moves to its normal monthly price on your next invoice. Do not want it, and you switch it off in your dashboard and are charged nothing. Switching an app off does not delete what you put into it — turn it back on later and your data is still there.

Every app on the apps page with a published price can be turned on from here, at the price shown there. The apps we quote per business are not self-serve — those start with a message to us.

Sharing access with your team

Apps open from your CoreBari dashboard, so there is no second password to remember. If someone else in your business needs to use an app day to day, do not hand over your own login — invite them as a user on your account instead. In your dashboard open User Management, send an invitation to their email address, and tick only the permissions they need. They get their own password, you can see who did what, and you can remove their access the day they leave. Never give staff the DirectAdmin login: that is the server itself, and ordinary app use does not need it.
