Domain, hosting, email and apps from nothing to running — about 15 minutes.

This is the whole setup, start to finish: a domain, a website on it, email on your own name, and your apps switched on. About fifteen minutes of actual work, plus some waiting you can walk away from.
Have three things ready. The name you want for your domain, and a second choice in case it is taken. A bKash, Nagad or card to pay with. And, only if you are registering a .com.bd, a scan of your National ID or trade licence.
Search for your name on the domains page. Shorter is better, and if the .com is gone it is usually worth taking a different name rather than a worse extension. A bundle includes the domain, so the first year is already covered by the bundle price.
Pick the bundle that matches what you are running: one website or several, one app or all of them. Choose monthly or yearly billing — yearly costs ten months for twelve. You can change plan later from the client area, so do not agonise over it.
bKash, Nagad or card, in taka. Payment confirms in seconds.
Your hosting account is created automatically the moment payment confirms, with the domain attached and an SSL certificate issued. The welcome email carries your DirectAdmin login. A VPS is the exception: those are built by hand and are ready within two to four hours, and we email you when yours is.
Upload your site through the DirectAdmin file manager, or install WordPress and point it at a database you create there. If you already have a site somewhere else, stop here and ask us to migrate it instead. Migration is free, and it saves you doing this step and the next one twice.
Create your first mailbox in DirectAdmin and add it to your phone over IMAP. The email setup guide has the settings. Do this before you print the address on anything.
Activate the apps included in your bundle from the client area. They are free for three months, so turn on the ones you will actually use and leave the rest for later.
Backups, SSL renewals and server updates run on their own. The only date worth putting in your calendar is your renewal, which you will find in the client area under your services.
Support answers in Bangla and English, on WhatsApp, by email, or through a ticket in your client area.
